We offer a variety of smoked meats for your enjoyment. Just place your order, pay and pick up. We are conveniently located in Hudsonville at Jack's house (4963 Laurelwood) and pick up is available weekly at our pick up times...or if you need a special pick up time, simply text us and we will try to accommodate.

Our thick sliced bacon starts with USDA pork belly, dry brined, cured, and smoked to perfection. Since our bacon is both cured and smoked, it is ready to consume as you prefer - slightly warmed, pan fried to perfection or crisped up in the oven. Packaged in approximate 1# packages.

Our Spicy Italian Sausage is a hot traditional spice blend from Chicago’s West side. A perfect combination of pepper in the spice blend, natural casing that create the famous “Old World” bite, and smoked on Black Betty to perfection! Packaged in 1.25-1.75# packages.

Fresh, unmarinated wings are liberally seasoned with Jack's Blend SPICY Rub, smoked, packaged and frozen. Simply thaw and crisp up in the oven, on the grill or over the campfire! No sauce needed for these AMAZING wings, but the spice and smoke will shine through whatever sauce you choose to use. In the oven - 350°, 6-10 minutes per side. On the grill - medium heat, 5-8 minutes per side.
Packaged 12 wings per package, approximately 1.5-1.75 lbs. - $10 per pound.

These meaty Baby Back Ribs are seasoned with Jack's Blend BBQ Rub, smoked to competition doneness (tender with a bit of tug), packaged and frozen. No butter, brown sugar or sauce was added...these are dry rub only ribs (and were not wrapped during the smoke - Jack does not wrap ribs during the smoke, if you want to know why, ask him - he'll be glad to bend your ear). Packaged in 1/2 rack packages (approximate 1# to 1.5# packages).

Described by fans as, "BEST SAUCE EVER!!", "Most likely to rule the world" and "Best Sauce on ANYTHING!". A classic tomato based BBQ sauce with a vinegary blend of sweet, smoke and spice, enhancing the flavor of all meat. A medium viscosity makes it a great all purpose sauce. Use it as a glaze or a dipping sauce.
