Butcher Shop Customer Appreciation Event Program

We bring our Santa Maria grill to your location, set up a tent, fire up the grill with charcoal and start serving your meat to your customers, the news media…whomever you want.

  • You can promote it however you would like - a Customer Appreciation Party, Annual Summer Event, or anything else you would like to build your business.
  • What we provide:
    • Santa Maria Grill, tables and prep/serving equipment.
    • Charcoal and/or wood for grilling/smoking.
    • Rubs/ingredients for prepping, creating, grilling, and serving.
    • Promo sheet for customers with recipes.
    • Estimated time: 2 hours of prep time, 1 hour serving time, and 1 hour clean up.
  • What you provide:
    • Meats for grilling/making the recipes to be served.
    • Space in front of your business for the event.
    • Have Jack’s Blend Rubs and Seasonings available.
    • Promote the event in your store, through your social media/website (Jack’s Blend’s will promote you also) plus any other creative ideas to generate buzz via social media. If you have a media (radio/tv) contact that would be great!
  • Suggested menu - we suggest 2 or 3 items to focus on (promote your favorite items).

      • Jamaican Jerk Mixed Grill. We marinate country pork ribs, chicken, and/or lamb with our Jamaican Jerk seasoning.
      • Ancho Chili skirt steak. Ancho Chili Coffee rub on skirt steak, great flavor!
      • Country Pork Ribs with BBQ Rub.
