Jack's Blend Blog Posts

While recipes are important, processes are even more important. Just knowing to use SPG for a Texas-style brisket doesn't make a great brisket. One needs to know meat selection, trimming, cook times, cook temperatures, fire management, equipment and more...all things learned by either working alongside someone with the knowledge you need, or by reading and watching videos showing the processes, the "hows" and "whys" of smoking meats.

PLEASE, comment on the posts!! Your questions, comments and dialogue is how we all learn and improve!
